I think they might just have weathered it if there hadn't been this huge run on the savings accounts there. (which after all, was the reason the court issued a bankruptcy - something they didn't want to do a couple of hours earlier). It could have been problematic to stay afloat with the claims hanging above their heads, but we'll never know that now. I'm somewhat unhappy about the whole affair, since I know people who work there, and are now without a job, or soon to be without one. The offices of DSB and related companies are pretty much around the corner from where I live. @Mike
